The Shure MV88 + Digital Stereo Condenser Microphone Video Kit is a video recording kit that consists of a Shure MV88 + microphone, a Manfrotto PIXI mini tripod and a smartphone holder.
The kit makes it easy to capture great video audio with iOS or Android-based mobile devices. The microphone is easily and securely mounted in the bracket and can be attached to the clamp for the smartphone. The mini tripod can also be used as a convenient handle. The microphone plugs into the phone directly with a USB-C or Lighting cable.
Unlike the phone's built-in mono microphone, the Shure MV88 + Digital Stereo Condenser Microphone allows various settings to optimize recording according to the specific situation and needs - mono cardioid for single voice, two-way mono setting for interview with two participants or stereo setting for recording music .
The microphone is equipped with a headphone jack for direct monitoring or recording with an analog device, and the set includes a windshield, microphone bracket and two cables - USB-C and Lighting.
With the ShurePlus MOTIV application for Android or iOS you have access to various options for editing, mixing, exporting, etc., and ShurePlus MOTIV Video allows recording with uncompressed audio and DSP.
