Shure MV7 Podcast Microphone is a dynamic microphone for professional quality recording at home or in a studio, suitable for podcasters, YouTubers, online meetings and even for musicians.
The model borrows the design and much of the quality of the Shure SM7B - the classic that stands for countless radio shows and podcasts. Shure MV7 Podcast Microphone is compatible with almost all podcast devices - audio interfaces, mixers, computers, recorders, Android devices and some iOS devices, connecting seamlessly via USB or XLR connector.
The built-in pop filter of the microphone and the cardioid polar model minimize the negative effects when used in close proximity and unwanted side sounds when used from a greater distance.
The body of the Shure MV7 Podcast Microphone is strong, all-metal and is equipped with a touch control panel for the levels, the volume in the headphones, microphone mute and more. A 3.5 mm headphone jack and microphone sound balance controller and pre-recorded are available.
1. LED panel. Indication of microphone and headphone levels by changing the color of the diodes:
- green - microphone level
- orange - headphone level
- green / orange - monitor mix level
2. Mute. Press to mute the microphone
3. Volume control slider
4. Change of mode. One press changes the control mode - for microphone / headphones. Holding on activates / deactivates the monitor mix control mode.
5. Lock indicator. Indicates whether the control panel is locked against accidental change of settings or is active.
