Samyang AF 12mm f / 2.0 FE is a compact ultra-wide-angle autofocus lens with fixed focal length and large aperture, developed for Sony mirrorless cameras with APS-C sensor and optimized specifically for astrophotography.
The optical circuit of the lens contains two elements with extremely low dispersion, one aferic element and one hybrid aspherical element, which provide control of aberrations and advantages for excellent sharpness and purity of images, and the multilayer coating minimizes reflections and ghosts.
Samyang AF 12mm f / 2.0 FE relies on a linear STM motor for fast and quiet autofocus.
