Zoom PodTrak P4 is a compact recorder with four XLR microphone inputs with independent control and phantom power, extremely suitable for high quality podcast productions.
The audio recorder allows you to record individual tracks at each input.
High quality inputs
The Zoom PodTrak P4 microphone inputs rely on Zoom's professional preamplifiers for up to 70dB of gain and trouble-free operation with even the most demanding microphones, whether dynamic or condenser.
Independent headphone outputs
The audio recorder is equipped with 4 headphone outputs with individual volume control.
No echo
Zoom PodTrak P4 offers an easy option to connect interlocutors remotely - by simply connecting the phone to the recorder via a TRRS cable or a PC connection. The built-in mix-minus correction eliminates the risk of echo.
Possibility for wireless connection
If necessary, Zoom PodTrak P4 can be used with Bluetooth receiver Zoom BTA-2.
Sound mats
The audio recorder offers 4 sound pads that trigger user-selected effects, music, voice recordings or any of the 11 preset sound effects with the ability to control the volume.
One-way mute
Each of the microphone inputs has a mute button that allows flash mute when needed.
Simultaneous recording on up to 10 tracks
Zoom PodTrak P4 can record up to 10 tracks simultaneously - 4 from the microphone inputs, 4 from the sound pads and 2 from the overall stereo mix.
SD card recording and audio interface
For maximum portability, the audio recorder can record directly to an SD card (up to 32GB SDHC and up to 512GB SDXC). Alternatively, it can be used as a 2-in / 2-out USB 2.0 audio interface with a laptop or mobile device.
Many power options
Zoom PodTrak P4 gives exceptional power flexibility, as it can work with 2 AA batteries (up to 4 hours with alkaline batteries), AC adapter or USB power supply (when used in USB audio interface mode).
