The optical scheme of the lens includes a series of aspherical, low dispersion and high refractive index elements that minimize chromatic and geometric aberrations for sharp and clear images with good color reproduction. The Ultra Multi-Coating reduces unwanted glare and ghosts, along with the built-in canopy.
The manual focus of the Samyang MF 14mm f / 2.8 WS MK2 allows precise work from a distance of only 28 cm from the subject and has a locking option.
Like the other lenses in the MF MK2 series, the Samyang MF 14mm f / 2.8 WS MK2 offers the option to de-click aperture control and seal against dust and moisture in the bayonet.
