Description

Blackmagic Design Video Assist 5 "3G SDI / HDMI is a device for high quality recording and professional monitoring, compatible with virtually any camera.

This monitor-recorder has a 5-inch touch screen with a resolution of 1920 x 1080, brightness 300 cd / m2, Micro BNC (3G-SDI / HD-SDI / SD-SDI) and HDMI inputs and outputs.

Blackmagic Video Assist 5 "3G SDI / HDMI allows monitoring and recording of video up to 1080p60 (10-bit 4: 2: 2) and up to 16 channels embedded 24-bit 48 kHz audio. Video is recorded in standard Apple ProRes (HQ, 422 , LT or Proxy) and Avid DNxHD (220x, 145, 45, 220x MXF, 145 MXF, 45 MXF) codecs.

The recorder is equipped with a slot for SD (UHS-I) cards, USB Type-C port for webcam out (after update), update and control, 3.5mm headphone output and speaker.

The touch screen supports framing and focusing and gives access to various settings and functions such as histogram, vectorscope and more.

In addition to a 12V power adapter, the Blackmagic Video Assist 5 "3G SDI / HDMI monitor-recorder also has two Sony L series battery slots.
