Description


The Celestron NexStar 4SE telescope is a catadioptric telescope with a Maksutov-Cassegrain optical system and a motorized altazimuth mount with a GoTo system.

This easy-to-use telescope is suitable for viewing a variety of objects from the Moon and planets to bright distant objects such as stars and galaxies. It also offers an equatorial mounting option for astrophotography.

Thanks to the StarBright XLT optical coating and the multi-layer illumination of all elements, the light transmission is improved, and the optical system significantly increases the contrast.

Two servo motors provide precise tracking, controlled by the NexStar+ computerized hand controller. It has stored over 40 thousand astronomical objects and allows the saving of another 100 by the user.

Celestron NexStar 4SE offers star, sun and moon tracking and nine speeds: 4°/sec, 2°/sec, 1°/sec, 0.5°/sec, 2x, 4x, 8x, 16x, 32x, as well as automatic camera trigger .
