The Leica ME (Typ 240) is a digital camera that offers the classic telemetry camera feel as well as the Leica M system's intuitive and minimalist design.
With its 24 megapixel CMOS sensor and Maestro image processor, ME delivers exceptional image quality with low noise levels and smooth color and tone gradations. This camera offers an ISO 200-6400 sensitivity range, Full HD 1080p movie recording and 3 frames / sec burst shooting, along with 2GB internal buffer.
Unique to digital cameras, ME supports Leica's design preferences and includes a 0.68x optical viewfinder with automatic parallax correction. On the other hand, the camera also has a 3.0-inch Gorilla Glass-coated LCD display in the spirit of overall durability of the magnesium alloy body and brass, which is moisture and dust resistant.
A distinctive feature of ME from the rest of the Leica M System is the unique anthracite color in combination with genuine black leather.
