Combining portrait telephoto distance with bright maximum f / 1.4 aperture, the lens provides greater control of the depth of field for selective focusing techniques, and also provides a low-power aperture for low light or handheld shooting. The Zeiss OTUS 100mm F / 1.4 ZF.2 is suitable for shooting at different working distances and offers high sharpness and contrast across the entire focus range. One aspheric and nine low disperssion elements are included in the optical scheme of the lens to reduce distortion, aberrations help correct color variations to achieve high image quality. ZEISS T * anti-reflective coating is also applied to significantly reduce glare and improve contrast and accurate color rendering when operating in dynamic light conditions.
