Description
The Olympus OM-D E-M1X is a mirrorless Micro Four Thirds camera that offers a wide range of photo and video options to meet the needs of the professional photographer. Focused on reliability, speed and flexibility, the E-M1X is equipped with a 20.4MP high-resolution Live MOS sensor and dual TruePic VIII image processor and features its fast shooting series, up to 60 fps with electronic shutter and 15 fps with mechanical shutter, as well as DCI and UHD 4K video recording. The sensor and processors also offer a sensitivity range of up to ISO 25600, while advanced 5-axis sensor stabilization compensates for up to 7.5 stops for sharper handheld photos and videos. In addition to the image itself, the sensor design includes 121 autofocus phase points, all cross-type, along with 121 contrasting autofocus points.
In addition, the Olympus OM-D E-M1X is also the first Micro Four Thirds camera to feature integrated vertical flu for enhanced ergonomics and control, regardless of horizontal or vertical shooting. This flu also allows you to use two batteries at a time, for longer shooting sessions.
Other main features of the body are the presence of a 2.36MP OLED viewfinder with 0.83x magnification and a 3-inch LCD screen that is fully movable. In addition, built-in Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS, compass, barometer and altimeter extend sharing and remote shooting capabilities, while both SD UHS-II card slots and USB 3.0 Type-C port expand the ability to connect, share, and charge the camera.
The Olympus OM-D E-M1X durable magnesium alloy body provides weatherproofing to keep it running in harsh climates and is also damp and dust-proof.
Flash Olympus FL-900R
The Olympus FL-900R is a high performance dust, spray and freeze (-10 C) flash in a compact and lightweight body designed specifically for use with micro 4/3 cameras. When combined with any OM-D series cameras and M.ZUIKO PRO lenses, you should not worry about difficult shooting.
This flash flagship has a maximum number of 58, and the combination of the built-in image processor (TruePic) and TTL sync technology ensures optimum illumination during still images.
The flash offers a large zoom range of 12 to 100mm focal length (24-200mm, equated to 35mm standard). With its built-in diffuser, it can adequately cover lenses with a focal length of 7-10mm (14-20mm, equated to 35mm standard). The head can be rotated from -7 to 90 ° vertically and 180 ° horizontally.
Recharge time for flash with NiMH batteries at 1: 1 power: 2.5 sec.
The flash has wireless mode, and you can control up to 4 groups of high-intensity flash photography by selecting which group to light and which to not, offset the output light and adjust the settings.
Another feature is the slave function, by which you can simply attach a flash to the camera's external flash socket and use it as a command prompt.
Of course, unique to Olympus High Res. Shot, Focus Stacking, Focus Bracketing are also supported and now have a shorter shooting time than before!
The FL-900R has LED video lighting that is effective for shooting in low light or backlight. Ideal for lenses with a focal length of 12 mm (24 mm *) or more.
