Description
The Sigma 16mm f/1.4 DC DN Contemporary lens is a bright wide-angle model with a wide maximum aperture, which allows working in low-light conditions as well as greater control over focus.
The optical design of the lens incorporates several Low Dispersion and aspherical elements that control accurate color rendition and reduce various aberrations to ensure high sharpness and clarity of images throughout the entire aperture range. The individual elements also have a Super Multi-Layer Coating to suppress glare and for greater contrast and color accuracy when working in bright light conditions.
The Sigma 16mm f/1.4 DC DN Contemporary also features a step AF motor for fast, quiet and smooth focusing and is suitable for both stills and video.
