Description
The Leica Macro-Elmar-M 90mm f/4 lens is a compact manual focus telephoto lens for M-mount mirrorless cameras.
The optical scheme includes four elements in four groups that provide edge-to-edge sharpness and uniform illumination throughout the aperture range, and a multi-layer anti-reflective coating controls flare and halos for improved contrast and accurate color reproduction.
Manual focus provides a minimum focus distance of 80cm with a maximum reproduction ratio of 1:6.7. When used with the optional Macro-Adapter-M on a live view camera, a minimum focus distance of 40cm and a maximum reproduction ratio of 1:2 can be achieved respectively.
