Five ultra-low dispersion elements and one Super ED element significantly reduce color fringing and chromatic aberrations for greater clarity and color fidelity, while Nano-GI (Gradient Index) and HT-EBC (High Transmittance Electron Beam Coating) coatings control glare and reflections for crisp, sharp, contrasty images.
A triple linear motor ensures fast, precise and quiet autofocus, while o- bird stabilization minimizes the appearance of camera shake for sharper images when shooting handheld.
The housing includes 20 different seals for protection from dust and atmospheric influences and allows operation in adverse climatic conditions and temperatures down to -10°C.
