The Sony SEL 16mm F/2.8 lens is a compact wide-angle lens for mirrorless cameras with a crop sensor and is suitable for everyday shooting.
Aspherical elements in the optical scheme maintain high contrast (even at wide open aperture) and reduce image distortion and flatness, and the 7-blade diaphragm provides smooth, pleasing and natural bokeh.
The Sony SEL 16mm F/2.8 has an internal focusing mechanism, which means a more compact design, faster autofocus responses and shorter minimum focus distances.
