Description
The KNOWLED AM800R 44K Inflatable Mat Light is a high-performance foldable LED mat designed for professional photography, videography, film and television productions. With a power of 800 W and a large lighting area of 120 × 120 cm, it provides wide and even illumination of scenes, sets and objects. The flexible and foldable design makes it easy to transport and position on set.
High light output
At 3200 K, the AM800R reaches up to 23,300 lux at 1 m, and at 5600 K – up to 25,000 lux at 1 m, without a modifier used. At a distance of 3 m, the illumination reaches 3570 and 3870 lux, respectively, and at 5 m – 1270 and 1390 lux. This allows the panel to be used for both close-up lighting and larger shooting spaces.
Wide color temperature range
The panel offers a color temperature range of 1800 to 10,000 K, allowing for precise matching to natural or available light. Supported RGB, Daylight, and Tungsten modes provide the option for both standard white light and creative color solutions.
High color accuracy
With a CRI of 96 and a TLCI of 98, the AM800R delivers reliable and accurate color reproduction, making it suitable for professional productions where color accuracy is key. Built-in pre-programmed lighting effects complement the panel’s creative capabilities.
Smooth dimming and remote control
The light intensity can be adjusted smoothly from 0 to 100%. Control is possible via the included controller, mobile app, as well as via professional DMX and RDM systems. Bluetooth connectivity provides wireless control at a distance of up to 60 m.
Light modifiers included
The kit includes a Grid/Louver and three diffusers that allow additional control over the character and spread of the light. This allows the panel to be adapted to different lighting schemes and shooting tasks.
Professional power and connectivity
The AM800R operates on 110–240 VAC at 50/60 Hz and uses an included power supply/controller. The system features an RJ45 network input, an XLR 5-pin DMX input, and a USB-A interface for power and firmware.
Durability for field work
The panel is IP65 rated, providing high resistance to dust and water. The operating temperature range is -20 to 45°C, allowing use in both studio and outdoor shooting conditions.
Large format and convenient installation
Measuring 120 × 120 cm, the LED panel itself offers a large lighting area, while the manually controlled Yoke allows for precise positioning. Mounting is via a 1 × 1-1/8" stud, and the panel is designed for professional stands and structures.
