The Smallrig 5201 Video Carbon Fiber Tripod Kit AD-50 is a professional video tripod with a carbon construction, a video head with a 60 mm bowl mount, a load capacity of up to 8 kg and a maximum height of up to 174 cm, designed to work with video cameras, mirrorless and DSLR systems. The stable construction, 360° panorama and a wide tilt range of up to 155° make it suitable for precise video shooting both in the studio and in the field.
The head offers smooth movement with a full pan range (360°) and a wide tilt range, allowing flexible framing in a variety of shooting situations. The Manfrotto 501PL quick-release plate ensures quick camera installation and removal, and the bowl mount (60 mm) allows for quick leveling of the system.
The legs are made of 28 mm diameter carbon fiber, which provides an excellent balance between strength and low weight. The Rapid Lock system allows for quick deployment and stable fixation, and the three sections provide good height flexibility - from 35 cm to 174 cm. The lack of a central column contributes to better stability during video work.
The tripod is equipped with combined feet (rubber and spikes), which allows use on both smooth surfaces and open terrain. The built-in level facilitates accurate positioning, and the construction is designed to operate in a temperature range of -20°C to +60°C, making it a reliable choice for various conditions.
Weighing around 3.5 kg and measuring 85 cm in length when folded, the tripod is easy to transport while offering stability and capacity for heavier configurations.
