The Peak Design Strap Form Rope Short is a rope-style camera strap designed for photographers who prefer a clean, stable, and predictable design, who want security without unnecessary bulk. With a fixed length of up to 40 inches (103.5 cm), the strap maintains a consistent camera position, which is especially convenient for street photography, travel, and reportage work, where quick access is more important than frequent adjustment.
Peak Design Strap Form Rope is made of nylon and polyester, which provides high durability at a minimum weight of about 54 g. Despite the thin profile with a width of 0.99 cm, the strap is designed to withstand serious loads and the strap itself can withstand up to 81.6 kg, and the Anchor Links connectors used are tested for a load of up to 90.7 kg. This gives confidence even when working with heavier photographic equipment.
Thanks to its quick release, the Strap Form Rope Long can be easily removed or transferred between different devices without tools. Its compact profile and low weight make it a discreet accessory that does not get in the way when not in active use.
