Description
The Ricoh GR IIIx HDF compact camera is an evolution of the popular street photography model, boasting print image quality, fast response and a comfortable small body.
The new version is equipped with an in-shutter Highlight Diffusion Filter (HDF) that diffuses light around point light sources in the frame for a more dreamy and nostalgic effect. This filter replaces the ND filter of the original model.
Another feature of the new Ricoh GR IIIx HDF camera is the changed color of the trigger and the ability to set a zone in which the automatic focus will work (Zone Select AF) and the ability to set any of three white balance presets as the main one.
Everything else the new model inherits from its predecessor.
The GR IIIx HDF is equipped with a 24.2MP APS-C CMOS sensor and GR Engine 6 processor for smooth tonal transitions, rich color and high sensitivity from ISO 100-102400, 14-Bit DNG and Full HD video.
The lens has a focal length of 48mm (equivalent to 35mm format), which features an aperture of f/2.8.
The Ricoh GR IIIx HDF camera has a 3-axis image stabilization system that compensates for shake when shooting handheld.
