Zoom PodTrak P8 is a portable recorder, specially developed for high quality podcasts, which allows the independent inclusion of up to 6 microphones, up to 2 call-in signals without echo and up to 6 sets of headphones, supports effects, intro, pre-recorded interviews and more. - completely without the need for a computer.
The audio recorder is equipped with a color 4.3-inch touch screen for monitoring, settings and editing, and the inputs, outputs and controls are color-coded for maximum fast and accurate orientation.

The Zoom PodTrak P8 microphone inputs rely on professional Zoom preamplifiers for up to 70dB gain and trouble-free operation with even the most demanding microphones, whether dynamic or condenser.

The audio recorder is equipped with 6 headphone outputs and two balanced 1/4 "speaker outputs - all with individual volume control.
No echo
Zoom PodTrak P8 offers an easy option to connect interlocutors remotely - by simply connecting the phone to the recorder via TRRS cable (channel 7) or connection via computer (channel 6), or both. The built-in mix-minus correction eliminates the risk of echo.
Possibility for wireless connection
If necessary, the Zoom PodTrak P8 can be used with the Zoom BTA-2 Bluetooth receiver.
Sound mats
The audio recorder offers 9 separate sound pads that trigger user-selected effects, music, voice recordings or any of 13 preset sound effects with the ability to control the volume.

Zoom PodTrak P8 can record up to 13 tracks simultaneously - 6 or 7 of the microphone inputs (channel 6 can record stereo in USB mode), 2 of the sound pads, 2 of the smartphone input and 2 of the total stereo mix.
Full control with one button
Each of the microphone inputs has a mute button that allows flash mute if necessary and an on air button that distributes the sound only to the headphones or simultaneously to them and recording / speakers.
Easy and fast editing
The built-in record editing functions allow cutting, combining, fading, etc., to create and export finished products entirely in Zoom PodTrak P8, without the need for a computer. The large color touchscreen with menus in 6 popular languages further simplifies the task.
