As a dynamic microphone with a cardioid polar pattern, the Rode X XDM-100 is less sensitive to background noise, ensuring that the sound of keyboard and mouse buttons will be isolated. For added cleanliness, a pop filter and an elastic mount to neutralize vibrations are available.
The high-quality Rode Revolution preamplifier and 24-bit/48 kHz analog-to-digital converter ensure quality sound with low noise levels, and the built-in DSP in combination with UNIFY provides excellent audio processing.
APHEX processing, including Aural Exciter and Big Bottom, control of each individual processor, compressor and high-pass filter allow for full customization and exceptional sound clarity.
