The Vazen Anamorphic 40mm T2 1.8X Blue Flare lens is a compact anamorphic lens suitable for large format cinema with MFT sensor coating for Canon RF mount. It stands out for its relatively compact size, nice oval bokeh and recognizable blue horizontal flare.
It provides full coverage of the MFT sensor shape and covers the entire sensor height of the RED KOMODO and Canon C70, meaning no vignetting after 1.8x anamorphic compression and 2.39:1 crop.
The Vazen Anamorphic 40mm T2 1.8X Blue Flare features an 80cm minimum focus distance, foot markings and 300° focus travel. It is relatively light with a weight of 1.8 kg and has a 95 mm front diameter, which allows installation of a standard mat box.
The lens is protected by a front and rear cap and comes in a hard case for transport and storage.
