Description
Leica SL2-S is a camera that combines the traditional aesthetics of the legendary brand with modern functionality. The model is equipped with a full-size 24.6-megapixel sensor, and for the first time for Leica, it is of the BSI CMOS type.
Leica SL2-S allows you to record DCI 4K 10-bit video at up to 30 frames per second and 8-bit at up to 60 frames per second in DCI 4K and up to 180 frames per second in Full HD, with a special menu available to control video capture other than photography.
For autofocus, the model relies on Leica Object Detection AF with 225 selectable points, and the 5-axis stabilization of the sensor improves the sharpness of images when shooting by hand.
The case of Leica SL2-S is protected from weathering and is equipped with a large 3.2-inch touch screen, top info display, EyeRes OLED viewfinder with 5.76 million points, dual slot for SD (UHS-II) memory cards, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth.
