Description

The 47.3-megapixel CMOS sensor is designed for perfect black and white images. Unlike the standard sensor, the Leica Q2 Monochrom has no color filters and only registers brightness for greater depth and clarity of photos. The optical low-pass filter has also been removed, which contributes to additional sharpness of the images, and the light sensitivity reaches ISO 100000, with reduced noise levels for excellent performance in adverse lighting conditions.

Thanks to the combination of the censor and the Maestro II processor, the model offers continuous shooting at up to 10 frames per second, DCI and 4K video and reliable autofocus.

The compact, weather-resistant magnesium body, together with the intuitive way of working, makes this camera especially suitable for street and travel photography.

An electronic viewfinder with 3,680,000 tons takes care of the convenient framing, and Bluetooth LE and Wi-Fi take care of the easy transfer and sharing of the frames. Wireless connectivity also allows remote control via the Leica FOTOS app.
