The Angelbird SD Dual Card Reader is a fast and compact model with a modular design designed for SD, SDHC and SDXC cards.
Using USB-C 3.2 Gen 2, it supports transfer speeds of up to 10 Gb/s. If your system does not support USB 3.1 Gen 2, it is backward compatible with other USB standards. Also, since the USB Type-C port shares the same interface as Thunderbolt 3, this reader can be connected directly to Thunderbolt 3 ports. Both a USB Type-C to Type-C cable and a USB Type-C to Type-A adapter are included for added compatibility.
The rugged aluminum body and Solid Stack design protect your data against overcurrent, shock, extreme temperatures, and more. The USB Type-C port has a Solid Connect connection, which helps ensure stable, uninterrupted data transfer, as well as protection against cable wear and tear. A built-in write-protect switch helps protect the contents of your memory cards from accidental erasure.
