The Lowepro Powder BP 500 backpack is an ultra-durable model suitable for photography, hiking, alpine and ski trips. It combines a tourist and photo backpack with space for equipment, ski equipment or tourist accessories and personal belongings.
Multiple compression straps allow the comfortable carrying of skis, snowboards or other mountain equipment such as hiking poles.
The spacious main compartment features a mobile system with adjustable dividers that allow the space to be reconfigured according to personal preferences. It fits you two DSLR cameras with 16-35mm, 24-70mm and 70-200mm lenses or a mirrorless camera with three to five lenses. When you put the module in the backpack you can fix it and have trouble-free access to the cameras and lenses through a separate opening.
Separated from the main compartment by a waterproof partition, an expandable front pocket with a drain hole at the bottom allows wet equipment such as a climbing helmet, shovel or ice pick to dry even when carried in the pack. Between the main compartment and the waterproof front pocket is a dedicated sleeve that can hold up to a 15" laptop. It can also be accessed via a top zippered opening with capacity for books, notebooks, snow goggles or packed clothes.
Lowepro Powder BP 500 can be worn by the sturdy top handle or via the adjustable, padded shoulder straps. For heavy loads, the waist belt transfers the weight to the hips for added comfort.
Featuring a durable nylon construction, the Powder BP 500 Backpack is built to be weatherproof and includes a rain cover for use in heavy rain.
