The Lowepro Whistler BP 350 AW II backpack is a 4-season, ultra-durable model suitable for photography, hiking, alpine and ski tours. It combines a tourist and photo backpack with space for equipment and essential tourist accessories and personal belongings.
The spacious main compartment features adjustable dividers that allow the space to be reconfigured according to personal preference. The Lowepro Whistler BP 350 AW II holds a DSLR with a 70-200mm lens, six additional lenses and a flash, or up to two mirrorless cameras, eight lenses and a flash.
Access to the main compartment is provided by the front panel with a 180° downward opening zipper. On the inside there is a pocket for a memory card and two pockets with an organizer for external hard drives, portable batteries, camera filters or small electronics. Separated from the main compartment by a waterproof partition, an expandable front pocket with a drain hole at the bottom allows wet equipment such as a climbing helmet, shovel or ice pick to dry even when carried in the pack. Between the main compartment and the waterproof front pocket is a dedicated sleeve that can hold up to a 13" laptop. It can also be accessed via a top zippered opening with capacity for books, notebooks, snow goggles or packed clothes.
The Whistler 350 AW II can be carried by the sturdy top handle or via the adjustable, padded shoulder straps. For heavy loads, the waist belt transfers the weight to the hips for added comfort. On each side and front there are two lateral compression straps, each of which can hold a tripod, monopod or trekking pole. Attached to the surface of the bag with hooks that can hold up to 100kg, the compression straps are suitable for skis, snowboards or other mountain equipment.
Featuring durable nylon construction, the Whistler 350 AW II Backpack is built to be weatherproof and includes a rain cover for use in heavy rain.
