The Vanguard ABEO Pro 284ATB tripod is a compact aluminum model with a TBH-100 Ball Head. The tripod weighs 3kg. and has a load capacity of up to 8 kg. Can be stretched up to 180cm. and folds down to a compact 69cm. Using the included Vanguard ABEO Pro 284ATB short column it can shoot from as little as 24cm, which is very suitable for macro photography and when shooting from a low angle.
The multi-angle system of the central column allows you to position it at different angles from 0 to 180 degrees. With the Instant Swivel Stop-n-Lock (ISSL) system, it securely repositions the center column with one simple movement while maintaining tripod stability. When the column is placed in an angled position, the quick-adjustment lever makes turning the center column easy: open the lock, rotate the column to the desired position and close the lock. A ballast hook at the bottom of the center column allows you to hang a weight, adding extra stability.
The legs have latches and are individually adjustable at 25°, 50° and 80° angles using ergonomic buttons. Three types of tips provide an ideal solution for any surface. These include rubber feet, metal spikes and a snow/sand kit.
The TBH-100 is a compact and lightweight apple head that has a sturdy magnesium body and two built-in levels. Includes an Arca-type compatible quick-release plate, built-in pin to prevent the risk of accidental camera release, and a large movement lock knob.
