Hybrid ink system

Dye inks (C, M, Y, GY and BK) provide striking color photos, and pigment black ink is used to print documents with legible and clear text. Genuine Canon inks use the ChromaLife100 + system for photo lab-quality photos that can last a lifetime.

Exceptional performance

The 6-color ink system includes gray ink for richer color photos and amazing monochrome images, and FINE printhead technology with a resolution of up to 9600 dpi provides exceptional detail for fast photo lab-quality results.

Wireless communication

Use and share the printer wirelessly anywhere in the home. Download the PIXMA Printing Solutions app to print from smart devices. Apple AirPrint and Google Cloud Print are also supported. Print photos directly from wireless cameras via Wireless PictBridge.
