The Leica Summicron-M 28mm f/2 ASPH lens . is a compact wide-angle manual focus model for M-mount mirrorless cameras.

An aspherical element controls various aberrations, distortions and astigmatism for improved edge-to-edge image sharpness and clarity.

The large f/2 maximum aperture is beneficial when working in low-light conditions and adds more control over depth of field.

The manual focus design provides a minimum focal length of 70cm with a maximum reproduction ratio of 1:21.9.
