We always strive to send your orders as quickly as possible.
We deliver all orders of available products made through our online shop until 15:30 h to a courier on the same business day.
We may send your order one business day later if some of the items are in a different warehouse or are in transit. In this case, we will send you a notification email.
We ship all special orders according to the supplier's delivery date, and we will notify you.
Please note that moving the shipment after delivery to a courier depends only on the timetable of the respective courier company. Photo Synthesis Ltd cannot influence this schedule and be liable for unexpected delays in shipments.
We will deliver the products ordered through the online store of PhotoSynthesis.bg to the user's specified address, in the courier office or at PhotoSynthesis store as per purchase order form. If the User does not provide access and conditions for the delivery of the shipment, Photo Synthesis Ltd is relieved of its obligation to fulfil the requested delivery. In such cases, the consumer is liable to pay the costs incurred for the delivery and return of the goods back to the seller.
With the order confirmation, the User agrees that the data necessary for processing and sending of the order will be used by the employees of Photo Synthesis Ltd to complete the purchase, for accounting and other purposes as per Bulgarian legislation. PhotoSynthesis Ltd may submit user's data to the courier company responsible for the delivery and the Lease company if purchase on leasing. If the User does not agree to provide the required data, the order cannot be processed and will be considered invalid.
PhotoSynthesis will process the orders by product availability at the time of order confirmation.
The quoted prices do not include the shipping price. Transportation costs, unless expressly stated otherwise, are paid by the customer upon receipt of the delivery, at the same time as the price of the goods.
