Description
The NTG4 + features an enhanced capsule that can be mounted on a telescopic boom, hand grip or on the camera. Pa, a dynamic range of 119 dB, a signal-to-noise ratio of 78 dB SPL and a maximum SPL of 135 dB. Power can be + 48V phantom or built-in battery.
The NTG4 + is equipped with a power button with LED indicator and three digital buttons for switching with LED indicators. The first button provides a drop of -10 dB at the microphone input to allow loud sounds to be recorded without clipping. The middle button includes a 75 Hz high pass filter, which is useful for reducing the bass and infrared noise of indoor / outdoor air conditioning / ventilation systems or outdoor traffic. The third button is the High Frequency Boost, which helps restore some of the high frequency content that is often lost when a windshield is placed on the microphone. An added benefit is that a high-frequency boost switch can help improve the readability of recorded speech, especially useful for film and television productions.
The built-in Rode NTG4 + lithium-ion battery gives you 150 hours of work and takes about 2 hours to charge with a Micro USB cable to full capacity.
